Our assisted stretch session includes full body (or targeted area) passive stretching with the help of your massage therapist. Utilizing modalities such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, fascial work, and compression. Athletic clothing recommended.

Prenatal massage is similar to my custom massage except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. This can help sciatic pain, low back pain, decrease insomnia, decrease swelling amongst many other amazing benefits!
